I don't pay attention to the first four rounds. With 1500 IP max, you did well to get yourself two horses in Lackey and Harang. Felix is a great upside pick at your #3. Perhaps a little early, but he would have been gone not long after. Konerko/Wells/Dye was an excellent series of picks. I wanted all of them, and you took them all before they came back to me. Johjima is terrific at 142 overall. The pick that you mentioned was a reach was Hermida at 123. You're right - you probably could have gotten him on the way back. Then again, you knew you wanted him so you went for it. He has tremendous upside, as evidenced by his second half last year. I can't fault you for that.
