Aaron Poreada will compete this spring for the fifth rotation spot for the White Sox.

He may end up in the bullpen since the White Sox have an abundance of lefthanders fighting for rotation spots numbers 4 and 5. The rotation has two lefties already in Mark Buehrle and John Danks. Thanthee is Clayton Richard another lefty along with righty Jerff Marquez in the hunt.

Bitching cach Dn Cooper does NOT want to have 4 suthpaws in the roation at the sme time. Most likely if they both pitch well in the spirng ne of them wil wi the rotation spot and the other wold be movd to the pen.

Both Richard and Poreada are looking good for the fuure of the White Sox along with Buehrle, Danks and Gavin Floyd.
