Chuck James Doesn’t Like Pitching During The Day

I recently selected [tag]Chuck James[/tag], the [tag]Atlanta Braves[/tag] 25 year old LH SP, in the [tag]Battle of the Fantasy Gods auction league[/tag]. I did so for a number of reasons. I was in need of starting pitchers. I was almost out of money. And I felt that there was enough upside to warrant the $3 price tag.
Yesterday, after getting touched up in Grapefruit League action, James made this comment,
“I ain’t got the adrenaline I would have in [night] games,” James said, smiling. “I’m more a night owl.
Most of the time I would just chalk that up to finger pointing or excuse making, but look at these career numbers for James.
Day Games - 8 Games, 5.83 ERA.
Night Games - 19 Games, 3.02 ERA.
Are you maybe thinking of sitting James when he pitches during daylight hours this season? I know that I am.
